Amazing Service at Call center
I would like to give Mpho, who took my call reference number: ***7, she was friendly, professional and when she didn't fully know she went and checked that is exceptional in my opinion. She really made my day and I thought Discovery Bank should know about this amazing call centre human who helped me when I felt really frazzled.
