Am i not a good enough client?

Discovery Card is pathetic when it comes to service. According to their automated response, they will provide feedback in 2 working days - and yet at one stage, I waited 3 weeks.

I have changed my banking details on the website and got confirmation that it was done and yet arrogantly Discovery Card debited both my accounts for a balance that was settled. They have no regard for me as their customer. Does this mean that DiscoveryCard plays favourites when providing service? What happened to the values they claim to portray????

Further to this, I was told that my Card would be moved over to Discovery Bank and that an agent would contact me. The agent that contacted me didn't bother to complete the process (this was last year) - Since then I had called back and left a message for the agent and no follow up was done on Discovery's side.

I have an excellent history with DiscoveryCard, yet suddenly my business seems unwanted.

Hi Neo

It would help if you get my name correct - that's just disrespectful. Also, I prefer Miss Padayachee. The application is incomplete as the agent didn't complete it I'm not wasting data on any more discovery apps - as I was waiting for feedback on an error I had and was told an agent would call.

If that is the process then why did you debit both accounts? Make it clear on your online offering otherwise you are just providing false information to your consumers. You cannot tell me that you uploaded my new banking details without this form and yet it is still outstanding - that makes no sense at all. Kindly investigate further and provide me more than just a generic response.

Also read the complaint! the banking details have been changed Neo - DiscoveryCard is debiting 2 accounts! Helps if the consultants actually read correctly -in that way they would avoid frustrations and provide an actual service.
