Account Still not closed and more charges accumulating.

During the month of August. i contacted Discovery Bank and request that my Transact account be closed because the bank account is useless compared to other banks.

The rep from discovery called and till this day my account is still not close and still accumulating charges and this is affecting the Vitality cash back which i receive monthly. All im asking is Close this account its not helping me. Pay my vitality monthly cash back into normal FNB account like before.

Or keep this account at zero charges coz i cant be charged for something which i asked to be closed.
