Account paused

My account has been paused for a month now, a capitec holder which is my friend sent me cash and that cash was reported for *****. When I called her, she said her account is also paused. I called my bank Discovery bank, they said they will not remove the stop until capitec tell them to do so. Last week my friend called and said capitec removed the stop on her account but still mine was paused for things which I do not even know what’s going on. These Discovery bank investigators I have beeen calling for a month now but no help. When I get my account and access my funds. I will look for a better bank, not this joke. I am very much disappointed
