Account on hold

I would like the bank to activate my account, I had asked for graduation donation last year some one reported, I don’t know which social media platform, I had written To WhatsApp, Facebook & instagram asking for the donation now the card is on hold I called the bank they asked for proof I had post that last year I barely have proof so I’m asking the bank to stop the pause & release the funds
