Account not transacting

I tried messaging them about my account they froze because I received R7000 from it they all telling me that my account will be opened by the end of the day it’s been half a month now with money inside the account they say the money is suspected okay so aren’t we supposed to received money on accounts? So we should be scared now to receive money on our accounts.
