Account locked since on the 9th August

But this is not far from the Discovery Bank. Now I have waited for a month without using my bank account from their bank, my account is still locked I'm not able to buy even a airtime. To you guys from Discovery bank why don't you just close the whole account or just take that money is left on my account and let me use my account peacefully since on the 9th August until today is still locked. Capitec Bank is even doing better than you guys, you're busy telling me that I have received R35 000 from FNB but that payment is not even showing up on my statement. Please do me a favor by closing the whole account because it seem like I'm not the owner of the account, we both own it.
