Account locked since 9 August until today

Hello guys, can you please tell me what to do now. Because my Discovery account it was locked since 9 August 2024 until today 28 December is not yet open and if the account is permanently closed why are you still holding my details because to you guys from Discovery bank. I'm no longer your customer so I'm begging you to open the account or remove all my details from your system for good please, if you aren't able to unlock my account do me that favor.
