Account locked for 5 months

I would like to report this Bank for locking my accounts for 5 MONTHS now …. I have called multiple times and have been told by the consultants that i will get a call back from someone handling the matter but i have heard nothing from the bank …. Meanwhile they are debiting their monthly fees and everything every single month but i cannot get a clear explanation as to why my account is blocked for so long and with no response or feed back ….This is an awful l situation Someone please help
