Account Locked

One of the useless Bank I have never seen before the DiscoveryBank. This Bank decided to lock my account for a payment that is not even showing up on the history statement and I called them in two weeks back but still my account is locked. I'm too confused because I have received a email on the 19th saying the case is completed and ref case number is *** but even today is still locked.
