Account lock - FICA

1 star is not even sufficient. Discovery bank deserves ZERO. In less than a year they want to verify my address. Sent the geolocation option and they rejected it many times. I sent utility bill they rejected it. I sent POA from the estate they rejected it and said it was outdated. I got a new one with the most recent date and still rejected it. And being told my account will be locked. Consultant on the call is telling me I must get affidavit from police like really? Might as well code the the **** account mos.
