Account frozen because one account is in arrears

I have an account with Discovery bank and if your other account with them is in arrears they freeze your entire bank account because one account is owing . I am left wondering what business practice is that permits such an act . So this is me warning who ever is bothering to read this that as and when you can don’t bank with discovery they have ***** business practices , and to be honest I have been disputing those transactions from the inception as it’s said they were on toll routes . This is nothing short of unprofessional and bullying in their end .
