Account Closure not done and unauthorized debits to account
Account closed request.... Account never closed. Card not used since Account closure request and account on zero balance. Follow up NO RESPONSE either and interest and bank charges were added to account resulting in a negative balance which has affected credit rating. UNACCEPTABLE. to date account still NOT CLOSED.
