Account closure
Gave notice in writing for the closure of my Discory Credit Card and received confirmation that the process will take 3-5 business day. After 21 business days the credit has not been transfered to my FNB account and the account is still not open. Will never bank with them again.

Kindly note, closure takes 3 – 5 working days, however when we have to refund a client, this time-frame is different as depending on the amount there is security measures in place, therefore it does take longer.
Please note, we have refund your credit balance and closed your Discovery Card account.
