Account closure

For your own safety and sanity never ever deal with this bank!! Had a paid up credit card account that I phoned and spoke to an agent to close which they did but they also closed my tax free savings account and I lost all my discovery miles. Phoned the bank and the agent was sorry, we made a mistake but there is nothing you can do. Zero accountability!! With such an attitude rather save yourself the stress and worry and deal with a bank that will look after your money.
