Account Closure Balance

I closed my Discovery bank account. My balance at the time of closure was R6K credit but only R500 was refunded to me. Requested a copy of my bank statement but only received record of one day. This obviously is a ploy to not reflect all the journals they passed to manipulate the balance. Despite contacting the bank many time I have had no feedback. My next step is to report to the ombudsman.
