Account closed, funds gone.

I app**** for bank account. I was asked to use Geolocation which did not work. I was required to send proof of residence which was rejected 3 times. I decided to cancel this account which already had funds .I was asked to provide details so they could make a transfer. This was on the 20/03/2023. I keep sending emails but I get no response. I received a call requesting Proof of residence again but I didnt understand as I received an email stating that the account is closed. I requested a call back where they asked for my Bamking details to transfer the funds again. Its the 4th of April and I still havent heard from them. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BANK EVER. *****ING MONEY FROM PEOPLE.
