Account blocked without proper reason or explanation

On the 24 Jan 2024 the amount of R1800 was deposited into my discovery bank acc for child maintenance not the first dep. On the 26 Feb 2024 my account was blocked and I was told by the ***** dep that deposit implicated my account i still dont understand how... I was told by a consultant that I should go to the police station to make an affidavit stating the reason for the deposit which I did and I emailed it to *****@discovery.bank. I have since called in more than 10 times I get no feedback no updates no calls from any investigating officer explaining to me why they have locked my account. On the 1 March 2024 my daughter's father deposited 1500 into my account to pay her school fees which hes does every month. I cannot pay her school fees because the acciount is locked .I'm a single mother how on earth am I suppose to pay my daughters school fees. I have not broken any law I have never used or transacted in any *****ulent transactions. I am disgusted by discoverybank on how I am treated.Release my money so that I can close this acc.
