Account blocked ! No solution given!!! No contact made!!!

My bank account was blocked because Discovery Bank decided that a payment made by sister to me was *****ulent. I called the call centre a million times, where I was spoken to and shouted at by their consultants telling me there’s nothing the can do, after I have sent proof of the payment, why the payment was made etc.

They keep saying an investigator will contact me- which has not happened- they don’t even respond to the emails.

I called back this afternoon, where the consultant shouted at me , refused to give me further information on how this matter will be resolved and when it will be resolved. I ended up crying on the phone.

Based on other reviews it seems that this is the norm for this bank.

Nothing gets resolved and you don’t get any answers about your account and your money. They feel it’s okay to let my kids starve.
