ACCOUNT BLOCKED DUE TO CLOSED CASE WITH NO COMMUNICATION

My account , discovery bank account number : *** account name : amy ogunbajo . has been blocked again due to a duplicate case that has already been closed. I don’t understand why this keeps happening, especially without any communication. I do not appreciate having my access restricted over an issue that was supposedly resolved. Discovery’s lack of communication in this matter is unacceptable.
