Absurd
I am unable to open a bank account because a discovery broker 'half' opened an account without my consent in 2022 when I was looking at business loan offers from a few banks. Now this broker must cancel the profile they created for me before I can open a bank account? How can a broker have more rights than me over my own credentials!?

08 Jan 2024, 12:29A broker has more rights than I do, over my own credentials and profile. This is not ok. Back and forth emails and talking has not helped to resolve this, and I'm sure it won't be resolved anytime soon.

Broker initiated applications are different to those where the client starts the application by themselves.
