ABSOLUTLEY NO SERVICE - MY COMPLAINT WAS NOT HEARD

Theres not real point in complaining about discovery Bank. They dont hear your complaints or frustrations. Today I received a phone call from their customer service department, the person on the otherside of the phone didnt read my complaint, instead they kept on going back to their application process. I was not interested and i requestyed for the phone call to be ended.

I have requested for all my discovery accounts to be closed.

I WILL NEVER BE YOUR CLIENT AGAIN
