Absolutely terrible behavior from Discovery bank
Told my mother in law they viewed her as the perpetrator when she was ****med out of money. Refused to call me to get her details even though I provided them with it. Told her to go through the call centre despite the fact that this is what she did before. Haven't made an effort to assist with the recovery of the money. Disgraceful

24 Feb 2025, 11:51I think you should stop telling us to walk the extra mile and you should make an effort to call me and get her details. Using these details you may phone her and get her permission. If you had any concern for your client this is not unreasonable.

24 Feb 2025, 15:28So you have the inability to make a phone call to someone even though YOUR company accused someone of being a perpetrator? This is so simple. You make one little phone call. I provide you with the details. You authenticate the user. We have followed the suggested route and it really was terribly handled. The least Discovery can do is to call us to make this right.
