ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Settled my discovery card about a week ago and have requested a letter confirming closure. Have sent about five emails and have spoken to about three to four consultants and have an equal number of reference numbers to back this up. The service is absolutely shocking and there is no continuity. No response to emails despite their promises to call back. Was promised letter last week already....but still had to complete a Account closure questionaire. </p> <p> </p>
