absolutely no response

I refer to a chargeback that was reversed on my account and I don't know why. CASE #[***]. Was paid back into my account and then reversed again and no one can give me an explanation. Ref ***, ***, ***, ***. Every time I phone I am told it has been escalated, but that helps nothing because none of the supervisors ever answer. 4 weeks and counting.....
