Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible customer service been trying for a week now to change thr number on my banking app so I can log in to it only to get told Even if my money is I. Tonight theg won't be able to make it possible even tho I could lose money because now I can't manage my money with out my app and iv make it extremely clear I needed this done before my salary comes on and it's be a week now to get told I have to wait longer and if i can't pay my bills because I don't have access to my account tonight I swear I will change banks immediately and I will tell everyone I know to never use this bank ever
