Absolutely appalling service from Discovery Bank

I've been waiting for almost three months now just to gain access to my own account and funds. They blocked my account citing some vague "pending investigation" nonsense and despite numerous calls and promises of resolution, I'm still left hanging with no access and no answers. It's abundantly clear they couldn't care less about their customers. I'm beyond furious at their complete lack of urgency and professionalism. If they don't sort this out soon, I'll have no choice but to escalate this matter to my lawyers.

Avoid this bank like the plague unless you enjoy being treated like garbage!"
