Absolute disgusted as a black card holder!

If I could give a -100 rating I would have done so.

I was overseas for 5 months returned and found that my bank account is not eligable for transactions.

Called Discovery bank numeroud times where they have confirmed an investigating officer will call me it is now 1 months since my enquiry and no feedback..

Apparently this is due to a transaction in may where they have blocked my account then unblocked and now placed a block again.

Now all my income I have to place on hold due to this. I am now escallating the matter to the banking ombud. They claim to be a 24/7 virtual bank. But for a black card holder I am seriously in absolute horror about my experience with discovery bank!!!

Please avoid banking with them
