A week for funds to be transferred and still nothing

Last Week Friday 11pm my husband transferred funds from his discovery account to my capitec account without making an immediate payment. Understandable that it might take a day or 2 yet to date the money hasn't been received. Numerous calls were made and the money was to be cleared on Wednesday and still nothing, yesterday they telling us that it will bounce back into his account for what when accounts are active. Their service is pathetic because no one is able to give a proper response as to why this is happening. Today marks a week waiting for funds and am heavily pregnant indeed of those funds, policies haven't been paid this is totally unacceptable.
