A very disappointed somebody

I have app**** for a card for my grandmother, I Still have not received my grandmothers card. I called to make arrangements that they change the number to my number and make me a proxy for all my grandmothers banking needs. They said they did but I'm still going back and forth with DSV because apparently only the number was changed And I still wasn't listed as proxy. Yhuuuu it's a lot. It's tiring futhi. I won't even bother calling anyone anymore. I'll arrange a bank card with another bank instead.
