A simple task - Stamp a document - takes just over 72 hours

A simple task, to stamp a school document stating we DO NOT have an account with Discovery Bank. I have submitted 4 emails, and possibly 6 phone calls to get this actioned. Every other bank like Bidvest, Investec ... did this within the hour yet Discovery bank takes just over 72 hours. Thank you Craig *** in assisting in getting this process escalated.
