A digital bank which you can only call for service requests??? Really when you have a chatbot service..

I have spent on 30 June, 26 mins with no answer then again 1st July waiting for over 33 mins with no answer or even call back service. Other banks are quicker to answer, I bank with Nedbank, Std, Tyme and African bank yet Discovery's upsell made me join to a disappointment of service.
