A Crime Committed Deemed No Crime by Discovery Bank

In June I was hijacked and held captive for few hours in a room somewhere in a township and money was withdrawn from my accounts including the Discovery Bank credit card. I did not report the incidence in the police station near where I was held captive but went home first and fetched my daughter from school and waited for my wife to come back from work before I went and reported the case in the polices station next to where I stay. Even then I had to get some info from the bank first and had to go to the police station near where this all started.

The ***** Deparment from Discovery Bank tells me that my case has loop holes because I did not go immediately to the police station so that it could be easy to trace where I was. I explained that I could not go to the nearest police station since I was not sure if I am being followed or someone was watching me. Also they went through my phone saying if I go to the police station they will do something bad to my family. Then they say it sounds like these people knew me personally if they were threatening my family. We have so much info on the phones it suprises me that the ***** department doesn't understand that an address or even an address of my child school could be easily obtained from emails. What they are also not considering is that I was in a place I am not farmi**** with. Even if I were to go to the police station, it would have been difficult to find withouth a phone/google maps. I was told that what I said when I initially reported the case to the ***** department and what is on the Affidavit and what I am saying lately is not the same. The Affidavit is the summary of what is on the police file. I also would have liked a comparison of what I said then and now to prove that I am contradicting myself.

Now this means I have to pay for money I did not use, just because someone don't believe what happened to me was a ******** activity!!!! I actually need to get money to pay off this credit card and close it off.
