Charging bank charges for an unverified account, that I never agreed to. Discovery phones me for a credit card. They offer me a R1000 credit card that I never agree to, never received a bank card for this account. 2 months later I get a call that the account is in arrears and I owe them money for bank charges. I refused to pay. almost 2 years later I receive a legal letter from MBD(that is just as hungry for money) With an account of more that R2000.
