6 days and counting resolving a simple issue

Worst banking experience! I have been on the line for 6 days trying to resolve such a small issue. Besides being sent from 1 department to the other, it’s almost a full week and I’m still not confident that they are working on sorting my issue out. I’m sick and have been unable to access my funds. This has caused even more stress and pressure onto my health. Celumusa and Mxolisi have been great, did their best to help me. Mxolisi went above to try making me feel better while the case is being worked on but as far as the business goes and experience… I’ve had the worst time in my entire life
