54 Missed Calls - Day 43. Formal Complaints Mean Nothing

I had 54 missed calls today from Discovery Bank. What's the point of lodging a formal complaint if they don't even follow their own terms? I feel sorry for any person who wants to sign up for this bank.

I asked strictly for email communication and app notifications... They can't even follow their own protocols.
