5+ Days to Receive a Custom Period Bank Statement

I called in to request a bank statement for a custom period. That was Thursday 7 March and was told it would take 48 hours business days. I follow up multiple times ,once on Saturday then again on Mondaay 11 March. I was told to give till end of business day, and yet I've received nothing so far.

Firstly how can requesting a bank statement for a custom period take 2 days to create, that just isn't practical at all, let alone not even simply having the feature available in the bank app. This is needed for a Visa application, and I'm waiting 4 days so far for something so simple. This process really needs to be improved or better added as a feature in the app.
