5-7 Days or 5-7 Months to close credit card?

On the 20th December 2017 I emailed my credit card closure form to Discovery Card. It is now the 8th February 2018 and my credit card has still not been closed. You still have the audacity to charge me membership fees this month. I have followed up with Discovery Card and am always told that it takes 5-7 working days. Don't know why Pearl bothered to phone me back as her phone call was pretty useless, AND Pearl told me that she doesn't know how long FNB take to do credit refunds to the client???? Surely this is something Discovery Card should know. How much longer is it going to take to close my credit card? 5-7 days or 5-7 MONTHS?
