48 hours to reset a pin to access my account?

<p>Discovery Card requires 48 hours and permission to reset my pin on my Discovery Card. I can't be helped in a branch or do it online. I therefore can't access my account at all for the next 3 days, as tomorrow is Women's day, so maybe Thursday I'll be able to do it. I called the FNB service center, then was put through to the Discovery call center where I was told I had to wait a minimum of 48 hours. Refernce number for the call, ********** 6.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've seen faster service from para-statals, who are the slowest company's I've ever dealt with. I'm extremely un-impressed that Discovery can build a mult-million rand new headoffice building with their members funds but can't supply any kind of service whatsoever.</p>
