2 weeks and still no card

I contacted Discovery call centre and spoke to an agent advising that my card has been lost.<br> The agent advised that he would put a request in for a new one and it would take 4 - 7 days for delivery the agent confirmed my details and I gave him my new contact number.<br> <br> A week went by and I called to confirm what's happening, Apparently my new contact number wasn't passed onto the courier company as they couldn't contact me?<br> <br> So I produced my new contact number again to the agent.<br> <br> On Thursday last week the agent from the courier company called me, I advised that the driver gives me a call before delivery.<br> <br> Friday evening I receive a message that the courier company couldn't contact me for delivery? My phone is on 24/7 I honestly think that my details wasn't passed onto the driver.<br> If its going to take any longer to receive my card, then Discovery might as well cancel my card services as it would be pointless me paying an annual fee for something I don't have and most likely will never receive!<br> <br> I received a call now from ccd couriers, I advised no one contacted me on Friday?the agent asks what should I do?,should I cancel your card?what a joke!
