100% Vitality Boosted Gym Cashbacks are NEVER refunded.

Since I joined in August, the 100% Vitality Gym Cashback have NEVER been paid back to my Vitality Savings account by Vitality Money. All queries amount to nothing. If this is not fixed I will have no choice but to close my accounts and approach the ombudsman. Just look at all the feedback here. You are a real disgrace, I tell you, the magnitude of which will eclipse VBS bank.

Reference numbers I got are: ***, ***, ***, ***.

The first feedback I had on 21Sept 2019 reads: "We are experiencing a delay with the Boosted Gym benefit cash backs. Our team is still working on resolving the issue. Once the issue is resolved, the due cash backs will be paid out."

Since then, no feedback or action has been taken regardless of several emails.
