1-Star Review for Discovery Bank's Home Loan and Home Loan Protector Product
I am extremely disappointed with Discovery Bank's home loan and home loan protector services. After encountering an issue with my home loan, I lodged a complaint 11 days ago and have yet to receive any feedback. Despite calling and emailing every day, I am constantly told that no one can assist me because it's handled by a different department. This has caused immense frustration and stress, as no one takes ownership or even responds to my emails.
The lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. I would expect better from a bank, especially when dealing with something as important as a home loan. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose all trust in Discovery Bank.
I would not recommend their home loan services to anyone.
