I need my refund

Their web. So they told me I must pay a certain percentage so that if I struggle to pay in future they take from it and when my contract is paid off I get it back. Fine I paid it and they failed to deliver the phone. They came up with so many stories. Ended up asking for a refund. They sent me a link. Filled my bank details 4 times. They ignore my calls and texts. Could I please get help. How can I get my money back. Is it possible to go to the bank and get the deposit back?
