Delivery of my two cellphone delayed

I saw advert for the company called Discount phone ,I bought two phones Samsung A10s and Huawei prime 2019 using online payment even today I haven't received my order its two weeks ago instead they told me to go to standard and I get my refund I think am ****med or something because they ar no longer communicating with me.
