Zero customer service

I've placed an online order on the 26th of January. Still waiting for delivery. I phone x3 times a day with no luck and being promised the delivery will happen today! Worst customer service ever. No feedback on emails sent and no return phone calls. Delivery is supposed to be 3 to 5 days. Two weeks later and still nothing.
