Hi I chose an item from the shelf proceed to pay for the the item I noticed that the price was not as displayed on the shelf I asked the cashier to please call the manager I asked the manager to explain the incorrect charges he mentioned that the staff member is busy updating the pricing on the shelf I requested the manager to go with and see if he pricing for the item, he rudely told me that he does have to provide me any proof I was totally shocked I asked the manager to write his name on till slip he removed his name tag and threw on the counter and told to do it myself I told him that I am going to report him to head office he told me do you want, I called the head office the same day and reported the incident to the complaints department who promised to report back to me within 24 hours it's over 10 days and no response from Dischem shocking service from a multi million Rand business tx
