Your PackMyMeds functionality is dis-functional

Not the first time Dischem: received Wharsapp (+***3) on 3May reminding me that it was time to re-order my chronic meds. Received a further two of these (5th & 8th) before ordering via PackMyMeds and received confirmation - apparently also 8th - that my order has been dispensed. Have since collected and received Discovery Claims Notification. But, have received a further 3 reminders to order repeat meds: 10th, 15th and today. Where's the disconnect? No need to respond but please address the functionality failure
