Your health means nothing to this pharmacy!

I have CA and receive prescribed medication monthly for several conditions. I have witnesses that, NOT ONE single month my prescriptions were issued correct by DChem. Every month meds were not included/ not enough issued/ wrongly issued/ not in stock. I tolerated it, went back, mostly several times, before they got it right, wasting time and petrol. I had a Delta Comprehensive plan, and from 7/14, Delta plans had to get repeat meds from MedExpress. MedExpress, not once issued one wrong tablet. Only problem was deliveries were not easy to arrange. I switched to the more expensive Classic Delta plan to get my meds from DChem again. Jan, about 4/5 items were wrongly issued. For the 1st time I complaint, spoke to Arulene Small - who told me they don't read prescriptions - usually just issue what previously was issued! Feb my son went back 4 times. Found yesterday the 2 types of insulin vials were switched, and I ran out. Andre, the pharmacist was rude, was not prepared to discuss \the past!!"Totally refused to admit/take responsibility. I have a valid repeat prescription"
