Your attitude stinks ...the worst experience

After I waited (wasted) a hour of my time at di**** westgate in the que ...I was called to counter 8... After a hour I was told that I was sitting in the wrong que ... (I wonder how was I supposed to know ... There wasn't any boards or sign up ) <br> I went to the self medication counter and was assisted by the first lady at counter 1 <br> Her attitude in which she address me was wrong and rude ... She advise me that the medication I'm requesting for must be bought whether with a di**** card or a medical aid card but before I never used any of cards before ...she is refering to signs or posters that I cant see ... I was never so disappointed ... I know my opinion or custom experience isnt important to you but I rather go support some other er company.
