Wuhu Coupons and Dischem

I went to Dischem Carlswald in Midrand on Sunday and wanted to use my Wuhu Coupons to buy a special on their 4x dove soaps. When I got to the cashier she told me my coupons were invalid and then she called the supervisor/ manager who also claimed that the coupons were invalid..then she said Wuhu offices are closed on a Sunday and she can help me.....sven after showing them the messages on my phone that I received on the same morning, she then came up with the story that Wuhu coupons are supposed to be used within 20 minutes after receiving the sms of which is not true and is nowhere stated. A lot of people I know were able to use their wuhu coupons except for me bcos of misinformed staff as a result I forfeited my coupons bcos they were expiring on the same Sunday-31 January 2021
